To assist in the client’s continued growth they are looking to recruit a self-motivated, ambitious individual with proven experience in working in a busy customer services environment as a Customer Services Coordinator. This position offers job development.
The successful candidate should have: * Proven experience in responding to customers’ telephone enquiries, maintaining customer relations and processing orders * Day to day account management to ensure customers are happy with the current service provided * Call handling in order to deal with any queries that customers have and providing solutions to any problems encountered * Assist with other departments to ensure first class customer serviceQualities/Experience:
* Excellent communication skills * Bright, positive and enthusiastic personality * Confident telephone manner * Experience in technical sales environment preferred * Excellent organisational and time management skills * Good negotiating technique * Accurate data transfer * Sound knowledge of Word and Excel * Fluency in French and/or German and the ability to speak Spanish and/or Italian would be advantageousPackage/Benefits:
