Equipment Financing Account Executive

Looking for 8 unique individuals hungry to make lots of money in the equipment financing arena part time. This is not a position for everyone. Candidate must be self starter, disciplined, determined, organized and above all possess the right attitude to achieve goals. Integrity is a big requirement. Candidate will need heavy phone experience, good verbal skills, Excel and Outlook proficiency, confidence and tenacity.
This opportunity involves calling warm leads of end users fresh from trade shows ready to make large equipment purchases who may need financing. Finding and receiving financing applications is the primary objective. Each new application brought in receives a 50% commission on fees earned of between $300-$700 dollars ($150-$375 paid to you). After processing, approval and funding, additional commissions of up to 65% are paid on earnings ranging from $400 to $5,000 per application ($200-$2,500 paid to you). An application can take 1 to 12 weeks to be completed. Average is 40 days. It is quite reasonable to make $600 per funded application. One out of 10 calls turns into a warm or hot opportunity. Application averages range from 2 a week to 2 a day depending upon how aggressive the caller is. Commissions could get as high as 75% depending on how many qualified applications are received in a given month.
This is not a sales position but market research calling to find out what end users are buying and when. Candidates are to work from home in a virtual office setting. Must have computer with high speed internet and long distance calling ability. Once training has been completed and candidate can prove to do the job, they may be eligible to be given a draw against their earned commissions, receive a cell phone and head set with unlimited calling, the use of a corporate vehicle to drive and medical and dental benefits within the first 30 to 60 days. The draw will commensurate depending upon production.
