FX (Foreign Exchange) Trader

A highly innovative Foreign Exchange company have an opportunity for an experienced FX trader to join their thriving team. The team members are highly motivated individuals whose diverse backgrounds and educational experiences allow the company to find innovative solutions to complex problems.
We are seeking an individual who relishes the challenge of solving complex puzzles and seeks to design faster, more efficient tools. This fulltime full-time position would suit a trader with at least 2 years of high frequency trading experience.
Primary responsibilities of the position include:
Executing trades using automated algorithms
Adjusting trading strategies based on market conditions
Researching information relevant to trading
Collaborating with financial engineers and software developers to contribute trading ideas to the organization
We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic and a keen interest in markets. The trader will interact with employees at all levels and within all departments; effective communication skills (both written and oral) are necessary. The individual must be detail-oriented, well organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively to meet all deadlines, while working under pressure.
The trader must have experience running risk positions making real time trading adjustments to positions and have experience managing risk in tough trading environments.
Comprehensive hands-on training is provided related to internal models and technology, as well as a competitive salary and an excellent benefits package.
