German Customer Service in West of Ireland. 25,000 (dx995.DE)

Company: Our client is situated in one of the most beautiful parts of Ireland. They are an innovative financial company using information technology to deliver European Customer service solutions to their client base. Their European Headquarters are based in Ireland and opportunities exist for German speakers to join their German Customer service team.
Role: Their German customer service team responds to queries from their clients by phone and email and assists in validating their financial transactions. Due to the continued expansion of their German Team 2 new positions are available.
Skills: The successful candidate will speak on native level German with fluent English (spoken and written). He/She will have communication and interpersonal skills, good writing capacity and knowledge of Microsoft System (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc).
Previous experience in similar role is an advantage as is knowledge of using IT systems or customer databases.
