Customer Care, Retention Representives Required,£6.75 hourly rate plus £179 bonus

Conduit is a contact centre that takes calls on behalf of our clients, who include SKY and Vodafone. Setanta Sports is our newest client who are a large Digital sports provider, so we are looking to grow our business in this area. We are currently looking to recruit permanent full time and part time staff in our Swansea city centre location.
The role will involve speaking to potential and existing customers on an inbound and outbound basis. You will need to sell to and retain customers. So sales experience or a love for sport is essential.
The hourly rate is £6.75 per hour plus a bonus of £170 pounds
The hours of work are - full time 37.5 hours, 4 shifts Monday -Friday between 1pm-9pm, plus a fixed Saturday of 10am-6pm
Or
Part time - 19.5hours. 3 shifts Monday to Friday between 5pm-9pm, plus a fixed Saturday of 10am-6pm
