Dutch speaking Payroll Accountant

My client, based in Central London, is looking for a Payroll professional to be based in their Amsterdam office. This will be a sole role, must have gound sound payroll knowledge of the Netherlands. They will be responsible for the payroll for the Netherlands, Belgium and the Czech Republic. They will resolve queries, handle outside agencies and take part in induction for new employees.
Accountant (Netherlands)
The key responsibilities are:
To manage the preparation of the monthly management accounts along with the quarterly and year end accounts required for three CTS Netherlands companies (local and US GAAP, includes making journal entries, accruals, prepayments)
1. Manage the relationship between the offshore accounts team in India to ensure that all accounting matters are dealt with in accordance with European & US requirements. 2. To ensure that all information required by the offshore finance team in India is sent in a timely fashion and in accordance with their accounting requirements. 3. Ensuring compliance with financial reporting, tax and VAT issues 4. Responsible for managing the local audits 5. Responsible for SOX compliance in the Netherlands as appropriate 6. To manage the day to day activities of 1 accounts payable clerk 7. To liaise closely with the European Finance Manager on any other financial matters. 8. To be involved in all systems and process initiatives that affect or influence the finance function. 9. To oversee the Accounts Payable and T&E expense process for the Netherlands ensuring that all costs and payments are correctly recorded. 10. To resolve any issues arising from the AP or T&E processes. 11. Adhoc project work as required.The key attributes I am looking for are as follows:
