Role: New positions now exist for Dutch and French customer service professionals to join their team. As part of their EMEA customer service team you will be responsible for managing their new and existing customers in the Benelux area. This role will involve heavy email contact and some phone support too. It is a varied role that will allow you to interact with customers supporting queries, sales support and ad hoc requests.
Skills: The ideal candidates will need to speak fluent Dutch, French and English. In addition you will possess good customer service orientation and written/email skills.
