LEAD GENERATION PARTNER ROLE
The Centre for High Performance Development (CHPD) is a fast ¬paced, expanding company, that has a new requirement for an experienced Lead Generation Partner. We specialise in leadership development consultancy and our Lead Generation team consists of a sales environment where results are valued. Those results are achieved by the whole team through hard work, organisation, persistence and determination. This is a key role for a candidate who is experienced in the leadership development market place and also has a proven track record of success in a sales environment.
The role of Lead Generation Partner is one of identifying, generating and developing leads as the first step in building CHPD’s pipeline and thereby new client base. This involves working both individually, but also within a team environment, to achieve key targets outlined within the lead generation strategy.
Responsibilities include cold calling to generate leads, the management of the entire sales process to ensure that the designated team closes the deals as quickly as possible. Monitoring of the new client during their first six months will also be a priority. The successful post holder will be expected to meet sales targets and be adaptable to changing business needs. Facilitation and delivery skills are also desirable.
