Securities Paralegal

Do you work as a securities paralegal downtown but prefer to work in a more smaller or flexible office environment? Perhaps have a more flexible schedule, reduce the commute and work one or two of your five days from home? My client a small law firm of less than a dozen lawyers is seeking a senior paralegal. You must be able to work complete securities files from start to finish. Perhaps don't have that opportunity where you are now? You will take charge, run with the files and be responsible for your work. Strong communication and people skills are required.
If you have experience working with SEDAR and SEDI and have the ability to anticipate what needs to be done next, this could be the role for you!
