Banking Auditor – Malta

This busy international practice’s audit team is searching for a banking audit specialist. You should be a senior auditor with experience of completing business audits across banking groups FX market, money market, fixed income and equity positions.
You must be a qualified ACCA, ACA, CA or CPA with a demonstrable track record in the above. This role would be ideal for an experienced auditor with comprehensive exposure to investment banking, who wishes to relocate to a growing offshore jurisdiction. Whilst English is the lingua-franca Italian or French would be beneficial. Familiarity with the complexities of market risk, credit risk would also be useful – as would an understanding of the varied financial regulation in use across the main European markets.
You can expect a significant amount of travel in this position. A great package and full benefits is on offer for the successful applicant. Of more importance is the opportunity to work for one of the islands real movers and shakers in the financial service community.
