Relationship Manager – Isle of Man

This private bank is looking to increase head count in its offshore private banking team. Ideally they are seeking experienced, proactive bankers who can provide a range of financial services to affluent high net worth individuals across their main European jurisdictions.
The main duties will be tasked around taking a discretionary investment portfolio and range of banking services to market. You will need to develop and secure new relationships, as well as building on the banks and your own network of existing clients and contacts. In essence you will be the main point of contact and reference within the bank for your clients; you must achieve set targets whilst ensuring conformity with the expected standards of client service and full regulatory compliance.
It is expected you will already be in a similar position and have at least three years experience. Being an experienced and proven closer you will have a proven track record in over achievement against targets. You will be an expert in managing relationships with financially sophisticated individuals.
It is felt this role would best suit an individual with an existing network of their own, who is comfortable with generating new business. A detailed knowledge of the regulatory environment is expected. Additional languages could also prove beneficial.
