Wind Turbine Technician – Dumfries and Galloway
• Do you have experience as a Wind Turbine Technician?
• Have you achieved an HNC in Electrical/Mechanical/Hydraulic Engineering?
• Do you understand SCADA systems for local and remote operation?
B9 Energy are currently recruiting for a Wind Turbine Technician (to be based in Dumfries and Galloway) who will carry out site operational and maintenance duties including both scheduled and unscheduled turbine maintenance, respond to breakdown calls and take responsibility for site safety and environmental management.

To be considered for the position for Wind Turbine Technician you must possess the following skills and experience….
• An HNC in Electrical/Mechanical/Hydraulic Engineering
• Experience in an engineering environment
• Full driving licence
• Good degree of physical fitness (working at height in a remote location occasionally in adverse weather conditions)
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Word
Previous experience in Nordtank Wind Turbine Maintenance would certainly be advantageous!
