Team Leader wanted in greater Cork. (DX1015)

Company: Our client is a global technology company that is known as one of the pioneers in their market. They have grown through sales and acquisition to being the #1 technology supplier in their field. They are now expanding their company by 20% due to increased business opportunities and are hiring additional staff in the European support centre in Cork.
Role: Due to their ongoing success they are expanding their markets and need to hire an English speaking contact centre manager/team leader to join their company and assist in managing and support different teams.
As part of their European contact centre management team you will be responsible for managing 15-20 customer support agents, managing their workload, conducting one to ones and reporting on key performance indicators for the particular team.
Skills: The ideal candidate will have proven team leading experience, he/she will speak fluent English and a second European language will be an advantage. 1-2 years experience of working in an International customer service role with reporting requirements and managing customer service operations is necessary. You are a problem solver and you have excellent communication and technical skills, as MS Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Internet, Reservations Systems, Contex software.
