An exciting oppertunity has arisen to work as a Senior Residential Support worker based in the Derby area. We require an experienced, creative and resilient person to join the management team. You will be able to contribute to the nurturing environment and therapeutic approaches for the young people.You will be working with very challenging young people who have emotional and behavioral problems. This a very challenging role but for the right individual will be extremely rewarding. You will be provided ongoing training and support.
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years experience of working with young people in a residential environment. You will also have experience of working with young people who have emotional and behavioural problems and present challenging behaviour. You will also hold a minimum of an N.V.Q 3 however an NVQ4 would be advantageous.
In return you will be offered a generous salary of £21000pa and a generous benefits package.
