An exciting opportunity has arisen to become part of a nationally expanding company specializing in Supported Living Services for People with a Learning Disability.
I am looking to recruit an experienced Team leader for a Service based in the Sheffield area.
The ideal candidate must be able to work within a team centered environment and be fully flexible to work shifts.
Essential Skills *NVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care *Minimum of 2 years experience of working with Learning Disabilities. *Full UK Driving License
Desirable Skills include: *NVQ 4 in Management and Care *Experience of Managing a Service *Experience of Supervising Staff *Knowledge of Welfare Benefits
For the right candidate this will be excellent opportunity to develop existing skills and gain more responsibility and Leadership experience.
