Supported Living Manager

A fantastic oppertunity has arisen to work for an organization that provides support for over 1,350 young people and adults who have a broad range of learning difficulties.

They seek to appoint an experienced Supported Living Manager to work within the South Yorkshire region. You will be responsible for managing a team of 6 team leaders and their staff. As a key senior member of the Regional Team you will be responsible for leading the development of a truly individualised and personalised supported living service within the region.
The ideal candidate will posess experience at a first line management level in the care sector, a relevant professional or management qualification such as a Registermanagers Award or NVQ 4 and a valid driving licence. A degree is desirable but not essential.

In return they offer a generous salary of £33000 per annum, 25 days Holiday, Pension plan and on going training.
