at RODAIR Systems Ltd in Bathgate, Scotland

The Company:
We are an IT Services & Support business based in Central Scotland providing tailored solutions for all SME IT & Network requirements in three fundamental categories: technology sourcing, infrastructure integration and technical services. We are a Microsoft Gold Partner and also hold accreditations from the other major IT & Networking vendors.

The Role:
Working from our head office in Bathgate, West Lothian, your job will be to develop new business within Scotland. Your goal will be to develop a successful pipeline from selling IT & Networking Solutions and Services to our extensive prospecting database. You will be expected to get out and ‘knock on doors’ to develop your pipeline. Candidates cannot be shy about picking up the phone and making cold calls as required. Lead generation will be supplemented by other company marketing activities.

The Candidate:
The right candidate will be a self motivated individual who enjoys sales and getting the deal. You will be tenacious, persuasive and be able to demonstrate success in a previous IT & Network Solutions/Services sales role in a business to business environment.

We’re interested in people who have a passion for sales and can take the knocks with the glory and are not easily put off. You need to be a self starter and a go getter. We want someone who can get out and generate their own leads and not sit back and wait for it to happen. We are interested in people who want to be successful and who are not shy on wanting the rewards that success brings. You will have strong presentation and closing skills. You will be comfortable working on your own and not have to be hand held or spoon fed to get moving. You will need to be able to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously. You will have full control of the entire sales process and be expected to manage your own pipeline effectively. As such, you will be given the tools and freedom to develop the role and your own pipeline. However, you will be expected to deliver results and not excuses.

Successful candidates will receive full product and sales support and will enjoy realistic earnings limited only by results.

This is a commission only role and a genuine business to business opportunity with an excellent company and as a result you will have unlimited earning potential.
