Equity Research Analyst – Gibraltar

A fascinating new opportunity has arisen at this well established Gibraltar Family Office.
They are looking to add a talented equity researcher to their existing portfolio management team.
Core duties will involve company and industrial research and you will be responsible for creating concise reports upon which the portfolio management team will base some of their investment decisions.

You can expect to be daily researching industry data via the Internet, journals and periodicals. You will also make use of market data using systems such as Bloomberg and specific databases (in house and off the shelf), Finally by supporting research on all investments across all industrial sectors, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining data capture tools and stores.
It is expected you will have at least a couple of years experience working within the financial service industry and it would be beneficial if some of that involved equity research. You will have completed university studies in either finance or business or quantitative related fields (mathematics, physics, and statistics). Having a CFA status would also be of benefit.
