Senior Fund Administrator - Guernsey

This Guernsey situated division of a large international organisation, focused upon the independent provision of third party fund administration urgently requires a Senior Fund Administrator.
Reporting directly to the Head of Fund Administration you will be responsible for ensuring that funds are correctly administrated. You will liaise with the Investment Advisor, Fund Directors, Registrar and other related entities. A core duty will be fund monitoring and guaranteeing that the funds operate within their Investment Guidelines and meet their on-going statutory and regulatory requirements. Of course you must make sure that the bookkeeping and accounting arising from all transactions are complete. Finally you will be overall responsible for organising client liaison around issues effecting the administration and own the overall relationship.
To be considered you must be in procession of a STEP or ICSA qualification. Due to the nature of the portfolio only Fund Administrators with at least 5 years PQE within one or more of the following fund types: equity, property, closed, fund of fund and emerging funds will be considered. Lastly it would be beneficial if you were already resident in Guernsey (or with permission to do so) , but the client is willing to assist individuals with the required experience to make the move.
