Due to the continuing expansion of the business, we now have the following vacancies for which we are inviting applications:
Administrator
The Role:
The Administrator holds a key role in the day to day running of the business, dealing with clients and suppliers, paperwork, the day-to-day management of the accounts and the scheduling of our engineers. The Administrator is more often than not the first point of contact that customers, potential customers and suppliers have with the business, and is responsible for directing enquiries to the relevant departments.
The Candidate:
Prospective candidates will have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, and be professional in dealing face to face with clients and on the telephone. They will also have a basic grasp of accounts and a good working knowledge of common software packages used in an office environment. Any additional IT or Business related skills will be of benefit, and the role can be adapted to suit the individual.
Further Details:
The position is expected to be full-time and based in the Ruthin office. Flexible working hours would be available for the right candidate.
