Our client offers facility & contact center services worldwide and is on of the global leaders in it's field. For one of their major accounts, a multinational pharmaceutical company, they will set up a multilingual contact center servicing the Benelux and Nordic regions of Europe.
The Job
Please note: fixed starting date is May 1st
As a Customer Service agent, you will support consumers who have questions about a prescription-free diet product which is being launched in the European market. It will be a small and dedicated team servicing The Netherlands, Belgium, Norway, Sweden and Denmark. Inquiries will come in through email and by phone, emphasis will be on email, and it's inbound.
As this is a new project, there will be a lot of room for development and bringing your own special qualities into the team. The focus will be on providing consumers with accurate and detailed information about the product and it's use, the position will not involve sales or outbound calls. A training period starting May 1st is included.
In your team English will be the internal language, but the environment (teams servicing other clients) is also for a large part Dutch speaking which will offer the chance to pick up the language if you're interested. The position is fulltime, working hours being Monday to Friday from 8.30 until 17.00. Location: in the center of Rotterdam, across the central station.
We ask
- You are available as of May 1st, when the project takes off.
- You are available fulltime and for a longer period of time (6 months minimum). Parttime can be discussed, depending on the formation of the team and your specific language skills.
- Some customer service or callcentre experience is highly preferred.
- You are friendly and communicative, have a pleasant voice and customer focus.
- You are accurate and dedicated to providing the right information in a pleasant and clear way.
- You are a native speaker in one or more of the following languages: Dutch, Flemish preferred, French, Norwegian, Swedish or Danish. Preferred is a combination of French and Dutch, and candidates from Belgium.
- You have a good command of the English language. Internal communication and training will be in English.
- You have a mid level to higher education, and are able to understand (new) subjects quickly.
- Some affinity with pharmaceutical products in general or diet products specifically would be an advantage, but is in no way required. A training will be provided.
