Our client is a reputable family run company who operate around 15 residential care homes across the South East of England. Set up to provide care to the elderly in 1982, care capabilities now extend to many categories of care and support including challenging behavioural issues and complex needs. They have recently recognised the need for a new senior management position to oversee the operation of their six Acquired Brain Injury & Challenging Behaviour homes. You will be reporting directly to the Operations Director and be supporting the Home Managers and staff teams of the six homes by providing clinical and managerial direction. The right candidate will have some relevant management experience, have a qualification or significant experience with ABI/Challenging Behaviour and a willingness to travel.
Salary starts at £35,000.
