Our client is an award winning family run company that operates 15 residential nursing homes in Bournemouth, Dorset and the surrounding areas for elderly people. The company is an excellently run local business and the homes are all within easy reach of Bournemouth. This is a strategic decision to ensure good management control is exercised at all times and the companies external awards and good local reputation are a testament to its success. They are currently recruiting for a Project Manager to ensure their reputation as a quality care provider is sustained. The role will involve Enabling the highest standards of care and service by acting as an expert Home Manager, in particular supporting and managing existing homes, leading on quality management initiatives and assisting in the commissioning of new homes. The right candidate will be NMC registered, have relevant management experience, a working knowledge of care standards, good leadership qualities and a full driving license.
Salary £45,000 + package
