full time Care Coordinater

at Caremark Ltd in Pulborough, West Sussex

We are currently looking for a full time Care Coordinater to join or ever expanding team, we are based in pulborough and provide care to people in their own homes.
The person that we are looking for would need to have some IT skills but full training will be given.
We are look for someone who has good customer skills and is friendly.

The Care Coordinators responsibilities are as follows:
• Answering all incoming telephone enquiries
• Implementation of thorough vetting and recruitment procedures of carers
• Receiving new client referrals
• Allocation of carers to client visits and ensuring all visits always covered
• Maintaining computer system up to date at all times
• Ensuring all client and carer documentation up to date at all times
• Assistance with wages processing
• Assistance with invoicing
• Ensuring all records are up to date
• To ensure compliance with all office systems and procedures
• Production of reports and management information as required.
The hours of work are from 09:00 - 17:30 Monday to Friday.
Salary will be discussed at interview
