Our client cares for the elderly and physically disabled throughout the UK. They are looking to recruit a Head of Nursing Care who will work as part of the management team under the supervision of the Manager. The Home is situated in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire. The candidate will have strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Managerial experience would be essential. You will be expected to supervise and manage a team of staff also organise and ensure all the necessary regulatory requirements are met, liaise with external agencies and medical advisors, and accept responsibility for clinical management.
