Our client requires an NVQ 4/RMA candidate who is ideally an RGN/RMN. The ideal candidate will have proven experience of enacting service turnaround. The successful candidate will need 5 years' management experience, have experience of carrying out care planning
audits and be comfortable communicating with people of a senior level. Initially, the key responsibility will be to enhance the occupancy level of two of my clients four homes. The successful candidate will be experienced in working with elderly dementia sufferers.
