Our client seeks an Operations Manager, to be responsible for the delivery of service that meets and exceeds the regulatory and quality standards for our Registered Care Homes.
The ideal candidate will able to:
Advise and support registered managers in their role including client care, staff management, finance and administration, quality assurance and home management.
Deliver internal training in relation to Registered Care standards as required.
On occasions provide interim cover at unit level you should have suitable professional qualifications to support the role and to be able to demonstrate previous success at management level within a multi location environment.
A thorough knowledge of the social or healthcare industry with a detailed knowledge of regulatory requirements is essential.
