PURPOSE OF POSITION
Role Description
Our client is looking for a Dutch speaking New Business Sales Executive with exce llent communication and interpersonal skills to join the SMB New Business sales team based in their Amsterdam office. This position’s primary responsibilities include responding to sales enquiries, developing qualified leads through targeted outbound calling and closing business specifically focussing on the Benelux region. In this position, you will be trained on your sales process, the hosting industry, and how to sell competitively while delivering high-quality business service and in turn contribute to achieve your personal and the company’s growth objectives.
SPECIFIC DUTIES INVOLVE:
* Meet and exceed monthly sales quota with extremely competitive commission earnings potential. * Generate and qualify customer leads. * Responsible for full sales cycle from lead to close. * Management of the quality of overall deliverables throughout the whole sales process including peer review of other’s output. Work closely with Solutions Engineers to perform presales feasibility assessments of how well the company’s solutions meet the customer requirements and what customisation would be required. * Maintain clear business understanding of how existing customers are impacted by using the company’s solutions.ROLE REQUIREMENTS
Commercial Awareness:
* Proven commercial experience in a high transactional new business sales environment, incorporating value/solutions service selling ideally within the IT/ Technology sector. * Internet and business savvy with a proficient knowledge of typing and MS Office programs. * Customer, Quality and Results Orientation: * Proven territory development skills. Must be able to generate, qualify and close excellent new customer leads. * Strong full life cycle B2B sales experience (ideally within an Inside/Telesales environment). * Personal motivation, Drive and Resilience: * Proven ability to meet and exceed targets in the shape of KPIs and a monthly revenue quota. * Communication (Written and Oral): * Excellent rapport building skills via the phone, email and face to face. * Fluency in European languages is a must, specifically English and Dutch (written and spoken). * Planning and organisational skills: * Proven ability to prioritise and work on a number of opportunities (for example, between 2-6+ week sales cycles) at any time within challenging monthly driven cycle. * Responding to RFIs, RFQs and working with peers on negotiating and drafting commercial contracts.In addition:
* Professional Sales training and sales process knowledge. * Educated to degree level or equivalent and/or relevant commercial experience. * You must be available to undergo immediate training in the UK for 1 month (accommodation provided) and be eligible to work in the UK or Netherlands on a full time basis.PERSONAL QUALITIES
