My client is looking for a strong sous chef to help the head chef achieve 1 rosette standard food. This is a busy establishment with an enviable reputation for fine food in the area.
The key and success of the place lies in the fresh local food which they produce.
Your responsibilities will be looking after the kitchen in the head chefs absence, training up junior members of staff, maintaing high levels of food hygiene and helping with menu design and costings.
This is a live out position but the position comes with a generous salary of £21,000 per annum and also good tips on top.
