Sous Chef
at Cotswold Catering Services in Cirencester
Our client, an outstanding small hotel in the Cotswolds is looking for a Sous Chef with a previous experience within quality hotels/restaurants preferably with rosettes. This establishment is renowned for its fine selection of British & European dishes created by using seasonal and local produce.
You will be responsible for assisting in maintaining high levels of hygiene and health and safety, junior staff development and ensuring high levels of food standards. You must be passionate and able to cope well under pressure.
Live in accommodation available if required. Salary for this position is £20k per annum.
