Managing Director – Isle of Man – Senior Management Offshore Job

A stunning opportunity has arisen for an experienced and talented senior manager to become Managing Director of an intra-group satellite leasing company. Based upon the Isle of Man this offshore job would offer a wonderful challenge for the either an existing Managing director looking for a new challenge or a skilled senior manager looking to reach the pinnacle of their career.
You will be asked to manage the full spectrum of issues relating to running a satellite leasing & launch company. These will include full management responsibilities for a skilled technical team. It will be in your hands to develop, supervise and evolve the company’s organizational structure. As part of a global group you will also be responsible for optimizing the integration your teams operations into the overall group business model. You will establish and formalize the various processes relating to satellite procurement, transponder leasing and launch operations (technical, accounting, treasury and billing etc.). You will also be tasked with the management of day-to-day operations, including the technical/sales operations. Finally you can expect significant travel.
To be considered for this senior offshore job it is expected you will have at least ten years experience in senior management functions within a multi-national business environment. You will be degree educated – preferably in a technical proficiency (Economics, Business studies, Engineering). You will need to be able to show experience in international finance, cross-border leasing structures. An understanding of satellite engineering is a benefit. In addition additional language skills, particularly French, would be of benefit.
