full time Company Formation Officer – Jersey – Offshore Company Management Job

Offshore company formation support and advisory service organisation requires a skilled Company Formation Officer to be based at its Jersey office.

This well paid offshore job requires you provide the companies range of company formation services to offshore company administrators. The client acts as company formation agents on a global level providing mainly British Virgin Island business companies, Panamanian corporations and foundations. Therefore it is expected besides some exposure to company administration and formation you will have some understanding, or a desire to learn, about jurisdictions like the BVI, Panama, Seychelles and the Bahamas.

It is expected you will be a professional practitioner of company administration looking to diversify out of the main stream, with at least a couple of years experience. Professional qualifications (like ICSA) would be welcome, although precedence will be given to those with a wide exposure to company formation across multiple offshore jurisdictions.
