North London B2B publisher seeks telesales executives to grow their subscriptions and deliver outstanding customer service.
You’ll need to have good telephone presence, mature attitude, be highly driven and thrive on exceeding targets.
This is a great role where you can join a successful team in a growing publishing business. Main duties are selling subscriptions for our global journals.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
•Using a named database/other information sources – clean data and target for subscriptions for all RMM publications.
•Allocate selling time as per schedule provide, ensure that all daily call rates are met.
•Maintain current database quality
•Enter new data onto the database as and when necessary and be familiar with internet enough to populate existing database with new/amended information
•Secure payments via Credit card, bank transfer or cheques
•Knowledge of Lotus notes and Microsoft office is an advantage but not essential
