Due to the continuous developments of the business, we are seeking additional Recruitment Consultants - to work in any of our expanding divisions. The purpose of the role is to liaise in a pro-active manner with both clients and candidates in a project based style, take ownership for the work you do and gain the rewards from the results. No two days are the same - You will deal with existing and new business, understanding how our client's businesses operate to ensure the right service is offered and you will learn how to interview candidates. You will be trained to the highest standards using not only our existing consultant's experiences, but by using outsourced training organisations.
Ideally you will have worked within either a pro-active sales environment or come from a technical background. You will have drive and ambition and the desire to be successful. You must have excellent communication skills and be computer literate (Word, E-mail, Internet).
