Wilson James are currently recruiting for a Resourcing Officer to be based at the company Training Centre in Blackfriars.
Working within a team of four this role will involve dealing with the whole recruitment process start to finish.
Main responsibilities will involve advertising vacancies and screening all applications, interviewing and assessing candidates, aiding in the running of assessment centres and coordinating large scale recruitment drives as well as compiling job descriptions and dealing with general administration.
Successful candidates should have previous recruitment experience and be confident interviewing and presenting in front of others.
This is a varied role that requires someone who is flexible and hands on.
Hours: 0830 – 1700 Monday - Friday
Salary: £21000
