Their State-of-the art European service centre is based in Dublin, Ireland.
Role: As a member of their technical support team you will work on the whole range of products and provide customers with specific information about high-tech devices. You will support customers abroad on a variety of technical support issues all related with music and media files management. Detailed product support training will be provided. This is a varied role that will see you support IT & customer service requests on high quality products.
Skills: The ideal candidates will be customer oriented with good level in IT knowledge, excellent phone manner and good communication skills. Knowledge of IT support through detailed studies or as an everyday user may be acceptable in addition to a genuine interest for high-tech devices such as digital camera or MP3 players. Previous experience in NT, 98, XP, Workstation is an advantage. Alongside fluent English, you will need fluent French and Spanish or Italian in order to support your customer base.
Please note that to be considered for the role it is mandatory to speak both languages FRENCH and SPANISH or ITALIAN.
