Townends is a dynamic and highly successful chain of estate agents operating primarily in London, Surrey and Middlesex with a growing presence in Berkshire and Hampshire
The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing a portfolio of properties. This will cover a variety of tasks from ensuring property inspections are correctly carried out to negotiating on rent renewals and increases.
The role will largely involve dealing with various maintenance issues, so a problem solving ability with prioritization skills are key.
Applicants should be excellent communicators who are confident in establishing a good rapport with landlords, tenants and contractors. It is imperative that candidates are able to multi-task whilst retain their professional approach.

Hours Monday-Friday 08.30-5.30 No weekends!
