Fulltime Evening Customer Service Advisor

We are looking for people to join our call centre team. A new shift pattern has been introduced with hours ranging between 3pm and Midnight. You will be required to work 40 hours per week. Shift allowance is also included.
Below are some the duties you will be undertaking: –
*taking inbound calls
*identifying the customer’s problems
*showing empathy towards the customer
*scheduling visits by repair workers to the customers homes.
*taking full ownership of calls
Full training will be given to successful candidates, so no previous experience is necessary.
