Everyday over €100m is bought and sold on their site and they are constantly expanding their reach to new territories. Their European customer service operation is based in Dublin and is responsible for managing their online customer base for 21 countries.
Role: Opportunities exist for fluent speakers of Russian and English to join their customer service team. You will be responsible for supporting online queries, customer emails and phone calls from their users. Your duties will include user account management, product and service support and ad hoc customer requests.
Skills: To be successful in this job you can identify yourself with the following keywords: Team-player, ambitious, superior customer service and enjoying life. Furthermore you are fluent in English and native fluent in Russian. You should also have an interest in sports and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
