Clients will ask for people with a higher level educational background, relevant work experience in creative and design roles and good communication communication skills in at least English, more languages preferred. In all cases you must be able to fit a very dynamic, multicultural, fast moving environment where you will have the ability to work cross functional with and between people with a marketing, IT and creative background.

So with what kind of profile do you have a good chance of finding employment in the creative industry in Holland?

- You have very strong design skills
- You are experienced in working for award winning agencies / bureau's
- You are creative and can cover concept to realization
- Solid understanding of web and new media, functional and technical
- Technical skills that will be asked for, depending on the role:
Flash / Actionscript, Adobe suite product range, Video, 2D/3D animation / motion graphics, UI design principles
- Strong project management skills for project related roles
- Strong management skills for senior level positions

Citizens from within the EU/EER are strongly preferred, work permits are generally not provided, and neither are relocation packages.
