INHOUSE SALES EXECUTIVE

The role of the In-house sales executive Malta, comes with a full intensive training programme, so no previous timeshare experience is necessary, where the ideal candidate will be from a sales orientated background, and will have the determination to succeed in a position that brings earnings of upwards of 60,000 euro per year.
After the training programme (approx 1 week) you will be given your first clients on site, who have chosen to stay in your new Employers 4 star hotel and Spa in Malta on a sales inspection visit.

You will be the clients representative on site, and you will be required to attend welcome parties, functions and show nights, where a high degree of socialising and interpersonal friendship building with the clients is expected.
You will be based solely on the Hotel and you will be allocated between 3 – 6 Couples/Families per week, during the clients stay at the hotel your clients have agreed to attend a sales presentation of the Resorts Holiday Club and membership programme, the average sales person should expect to close 1 in 4 families in to joining this programme as the clients have already expressed an interest to join, this sales process is Not a high pressure sale, the above average sales person should expect to complete two or more sales per week, bringing in an income of over 2000 euro per week.
You will be furnished with some of the best trained managers in the industry, who will conclude your presentation and finalise the sale , inclusive of finance agreements and contract signing.

The sales person is paid on completed sales commissions on a monthly basis, and each week is paid an amount equalling on what deposits were taken from a sale, there is also daily, weekly and monthly extra bonus incentive scheme. This is a role that can produce income very quickly, depending on the sales persons enthusiasm and positive mental attitude, however some money should be taken for personal spending for the first 4 weeks, you will have an allowance for socialising with the clients.

The Employer will supply free of charge the first 4 weeks company housing, after this period, the company will help with relocation to other housing, dependent on performance, your flight and travel costs will be refunded on completion of your first sale. Working a 5 and half day week, Malta offers everything a holiday destination can bring to your days off including Golf, sightseeing, rock climbing, jet skiing, motor cross, horse riding, 24 hour bars, or just spend a lazy day on some of the best beaches in Europe.

This position is one of the best roles in the timeshare industry in Europe, and should be treated as such, it is not a holiday job, it is a professional sales job in a holiday resort.
