COLLECTIONS NEGOTIATOR

Corporate Fiancial Services Ltd is a key player within the Credit Management marketplace that specialises in the outsourcing of credit control, debt collection, credit management and other call centre activities.
We are looking for Collections Negotiators to join our busy and expanding call centre team.
This is not a role for the faint hearted. This is a challenging role that requires a resilient individual with strong negotiation skills.
You must be motivated to exceed set targets, have a positive attitude, be able to work on your own intiative, be a good communicator both verbally and in writing, be persuasive and persistent, with the sensitivity to deal fairly with people in often difficult situations and remain calm under pressure.
Previous experience is preferred but full training and support will be given to the right candidates
You will be targeted on meeting daily operational and monetary targets which if met, will be eligible for bonus.
