Project Coordinator, Delivery Services:

Job Summary
The Delivery Services EMEA team is responsible for deploying Our Client's software globally to mobile operators. The Project Coordinator is an individual contributor primarily supporting the EMEA Delivery Services Director and may also support multiple EMEA Deployment Managers.

Key Responsibilities
• Support heavy project administration workload to aggregate multiple deployment projects into a holistic view (e.g., action item tracking, delivery milestones, status reports, etc.)
• Support evolution and upkeep of the methodology toolkit that is fundamental to Delivery Services (e.g., develop/update templates, assemble toolkit materials for project stages, confirm completion of materials exiting a project stage, check projects to confirm methodology implementation, etc.)
• Support ad hoc coordination needs (e.g., proposals, internal meetings, team events, workshops, materials kits, etc.)
• Support coordination of new hire training
• Support customer-facing project portals (e.g., Sharepoint)
• Manage workload organization and prioritization such that both Director and deployment managers’ needs are met on time
• Participate in European/US conference calls frequently held in US early morning hours
• Liaise with peer coordinator that is primarily responsible for supporting the EMEA Deployment Managers

Position Requirements:

• Cheerfully support the deployment managers’ individual project preferences
• Proficient with Microsoft Project, Visio, Excel, Word, Outlook
Education & Experience
• Experienced with project management methodology
• 2 years experience supporting deployment and/or software development life cycle projects
• BA/BS in Business Administration or Computer Science or equivalent work experience
• Experience with wireless carriers business operation teams such as Care, Marketing and Sales is a plus
• Experienced in a professional services organization is a plus
• Multilingual is a huge plus
• Ability to travel occasionally
