European Customer Service Representative - Loughborough, Leicestershire £17,400 (to increase in Jan 09)
Are you competent in speaking German, French, Spanish or Italian? Do you have strong customer service skills? If so, our client has an excellent opportunity for you!
Based at their headquarters in Loughborough, this role is all about using your excellent Customer Service skills and your languages to manage key accounts for your European based customers! Dealing with requests from start to finish will certainly keep you busy as you take responsibility for handling incoming calls, providing quotes, processing orders and organising shipping and export of products to their sites across Europe.
You will enjoy liaising with sales and marketing teams on specific customer enquiries, ensuring you doing everything you can to get the products that your customer wants to them quickly and efficiently. Keeping your ear to the ground and reporting any potential sales leads to the team will also add further dimensions to you role!
Proficient language skills in German, French, Italian or Spanish are a must for this position, as is previous Customer Service experience including a professional telephone manner and the ability to manage high volumes of incoming order requests.
