The Foyle Food Group is a leading food processing company in North of Ireland supplying beef & lamb to the major retail and wholesale groups in U.K. and Europe. The success of the company has been based on building a reputation for delivering high quality service and products in a demanding business environment.
DUTIES
• Management of the Sales team/function – Lamb Department.
• Development of sales strategy at site level and input towards Group strategy
• Establish new customer contacts, research new/alternative market opportunities.
• Responsibility for analysis in product trends
• Management of logistic functions
• Direct customer sales
• Provide regular weekly and monthly reports to the site manager and FFG Commercial Director.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
The successful candidate will be a senior member of the management team and play a pivotal role in our continued success.
Reporting to the General Manager the successful candidate will coordinate the sales activities of the Foyle Meat site.
He or She will be responsible for the day to day running and coordination of various key accounts and the development of our corporate sales strategy that continues to demonstrate to our customers our commitment to quality and service.
They must also possess the following skills:
• Third level education or equivalent
• 5 Years experience in a senior sales position
• Working knowledge of Microsoft word and excel
