Our Client Linden Foods are currently recruiting for a Retail Packs Supervisor to be based in Dungannon.
Linden Foods is a beef and sheep processor, who plays an important role in the overall blend of product offering within the Linden Food group. Servicing a range of markets, Linden Foods have a very strong presence in the UK high street, enjoying close, established relationships with most of the large retail multiples, and many of their dedicated convenience food manufacturers.

What will be expected from the successful candidate….
Reporting to the Retail Manager your role will require you to:
• Provide supervision to the Retail Pack team
• Be responsible for scheduling and planning daily work requirements
• Ensure strict deadlines are met whilst complying with customer specifications, meat quality standards and quality protocols and procedures
• Ensure hygiene standards and health and safety requirements are met
• Ensure KPIs are achieved
• Liaise with other departments as required
• Participate in the retail improvement projects

• A third level qualification in a relevant discipline
• Previous experience in a supervisory role would be an advantage
• Previous retail pack experience and experience in the food industry would be desirable
• Hands on approach to solving problems and achieving results is a must
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and reporting skills
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Flexible approach to working hours
Salary……
£18000 - £23000 dependant on experience and should be considered as negotiable
