full time Office Manager

at Pembroke Solicitors in Bethnal Green, London

Report to Partnes of the firm
Responsible for organising the office environment including implementing and streamlining systems and procedures;

Duties include:

  • Co-ordination and recording of internal and external meetings and communication of minutes/action points to internal and external partners;

  • Carry out all required financial administration, including data entry, raising & processing invoices, monitoring payments, travel & subsistence reconciliations;
  • Organise any travel arrangements, itinerary preparation, and travel expense reporting to external partners;
  • Organisation of all marketing & promotion activities, including mailings, promotional stand organisation, powerpoint assistance and image management;
  • Filing, archiving, appointment & meeting scheduling, and general organisational and administrative support for the partners.

This is an extremely busy office which will need to be kept tidy and organised at all times. Customers need to be effectively communicated with to ensure smooth running of events.

This role would suit someone who has a mature approach to life and/or a semi-retired person. The ability to work under pressure is also essential, as well as the need to be self-motivated, work independantly and have excellent drafting skills.Applicants must be IT literate and have a clean UK Driving Licence.

Salary Range: 15-18k according to experience
