The role is telephone-based business development, building relationships with existing clients and winning new business; sourcing and managing candidates; headhunting; building specialist knowledge in the healthcare sector.
The company works with clients ranging from independent businesses to mulit-national blue-chip corporations.
Candidates must have at least 12 months experience in recruitment; experience of the full recruitment process and a proven track record are vital. Healthcare sector experience is preferable but not essential.
Candidates must be highly professional, presentable with excellent sales, communication and questioning skills, together with good IT and administration skills. Candidates must be self-motivated with the drive and the desire for success.
The company will offer a salary related to experience and uncapped commission. The company will also offer to the right person a truly unique career opportunity.
