Foyle Meats are currently recruiting for a Financial Controller / Qualified Accountant to manage the day to day finance functions at their Londonderry site. Reporting to the Site Director and Group Financial Controller the successful candidate will be a qualified accountant with a minimum of 2 years post qualification experience.
Foyle Meats is a division of The Foyle Food Group, a leading food processing company in the North of Ireland supplying beef and lamb to the major retail and wholesale groups in the UK and Europe.

As the Financial Controller / Qualified Accountant you will be responsible for a wide range of roles….
• Preparation of Site Weekly accounts
• Preparation of Site Monthly Management Accounts
• Assistance in the preparation of Annual Statutory Accounts
• Preparation of Annual Business Budgets and Projections
• Presentation of reports to the Group Financial Controller and Group Financial Director
• Management of day to day Financial Activity
• Management and mentoring of the Site Finance Team
• Ad hoc duties to support the Site and the Group Financial Controller
