We want to hear from people with the following skills, qualifications and experience….
• HACCP Methodology
• Production and maintenance of accurate records
• Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities
• Good communication skills
• Superb time management and planning skills
• Logical and methodical approach
• Proficient use of MS Office Software and the internet.
If you have the following it would certainly be an advantage but by no means essential….
• HND / Degree in Food Technology or Food Science
• Experience within the food industry
• Awareness of quality management systems such as BRC

• Ensuring products despatched meet company and customer standards and statutory regulations
• Monitor the production and packaging process
• Maintaining accurate monitoring records
• Ensure performance of critical tasks to maintain product quality
• Assist with the development of existing HACCP systems
• Maintaining positive relationships with suppliers and laboratories
